Having worked with Paula all summer I have lost weight and toned up! I hate working out in public so it was amazing being able to work out at home, I hate running so Paula managed to find dynamic warm ups for me to do to build up my fitness till I want to run! Each session is different and so fun, we work in intervals so the time flies and I really have noticed a difference in my fitness and appearance, a great personal trainer and I have so much fun in my sessions!

I cannot recommend Paula highly enough as a trainer, not only is she extremely knowledgeable and clear in setting and explaining routines and their purpose; but, what really sets her apart is the speed and accuracy with which she tuned into not just my personal goals but also in my nutrition and diet program, with the result that her programmes and sessions are both targeted and enjoyable.
Paula also very quickly worked out how far I could be pushed, and then pushed a bit further than that, so that I'm now working out a level I would never have considered six months ago.

I started working with Paula just six weeks after my second child was born.
At the time I had delivered two children within 17 months of each other and was not at my physical best.
I had gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy and my body was under a lot of stress. It was such a tough time to start exercising, sleep deprivation and a delicate physical condition meant I needed a personal trainer who would understand my needs and create a plan that would suit me.
Paula did just that. She was endlessly patient and understood when I told her I needed to "go easy". Within two months I had lost over 16lbs and my body felt so much more responsive. I felt like myself again - which when I had just given birth was exactly what I needed.
I credit this exercise with diminishing the negative effects of child birth, the whole process was much easier as a result of the work I had done with Paula.
It is not always easy to fulfil your physical ambition, especially after the trauma of childbirth, but I felt Paula made it more attainable for me. She always went above and beyond the call of duty, including running with me when I felt it was something that would benefit my fitness goals but that I was worried about doing on my own. I would highly recommend working with her.
