We provide female personal training covering Hale, Wilmslow, Prestbury, Alderley Edge, Knutsford and surrounding Cheshire and South Manchester Areas.

All training sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home with the advantage of feeling comfortable in your own surroundings, saving time and money without needing to travel, at a time convenient for you. Also training sessions can take place at the gym.

For new clients we offer a free fitness assessment (BMI, body fat and circumferences measurements). Thereafter we offer guidance throughout your training, helping you to achieve your goals, nutritional advices and regular measurements of your progress.

Every client will have an individual training program based on their fitness level and goals. Each training session will be a challenging but enjoyable experience and you will look forward to your next session.
